Known for its oversized ears, long legs, athletic build, and incredible jumping ability, the Serval is one of nature's most impressive hunters. To create a companion cat that carried the Serval's breathtaking appearance while maintaining a domestic temperament, breeders crossed the African Serval with domestic cats — including breeds such as the Egyptian Mau. The result was the Savannah Cat.
